Can't believe I haven't posted this one before, as it is quite simply the easiest yet most decadent pie recipe that I have ever had. You can make it with smooth or crunchy peanut butter, but our family def prefers the crunchy. My hubby also likes his served right out of the freezer, but some prefer to let it soften up a bit.

1 Cup Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
1 Cup Cool Whip (save remainder of container for topping)
1 8oz Block Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Oreo Pie Crust (I use store bought for simplicity's sake)
Chocolate Syrup to drizzle over top
Chopped Nuts to garnish on top - optional

In large bowl, stir together Peanut Butter, Cool Whip, Sugar, & softened Cream Cheese until well blended. (wooden spoon works best). Carefully spread the mixture into your pie crust and top w/remainder of Cool Whip. Drizzle w/Chocolate Syrup and sprinkle on a few nuts if you'd like. Cover and pop in the freezer for an hour or so. Serve immediately or slightly thawed. ENJOY!
