Title says it all. I have cured pork belly twice, smoked it and then had bacon. Anyone else do it? Rind on or off?
No stranger to the belly...fixin' to follow in your footsteps soon. Will report back re results.
My sister has made Canadian bacon on a regular basis. I get to share the results.
