Tan is being interviewed tomorrow by BBC Radio, to discuss the continuing drought here in Blighty and the effect on Gardens.........
This is an outrage......I am supposed to be the star in this household.....it`s not fair. I will play my drums very loudly while they are here.......you see if I don`t.

That's just wrong! Being upstaged by plants! Whack those drums! Just remember to duck when the flower pots start flying your way!
(Way to go, Tan!)

Sorry to hear about your drought conditions over there NWo...we've experienced record-breaking rainfall three times in the past two weeks, and they're talking about the Spokane River flooding by the end of this week! Congrats to Tan though, I'll bet she's on cloud nine!
(I'd suggest a little "Didacts and Narpets" for the interviewers listening pleasure!)

Dry dry dry here out on the plains, but huge snows up in the mountains. Soil moisture's a real issue for the farmers, and the ranchers are faced with having to feed more hay because the grass will be slow.
Some silly plants and a water shortage more important than Heavy Metal Drumming.......what is wrong with England these days????
Hey ho - I will post a link to said Interview if one is available.......the dustbin rolling down the road in the background noise is ME!!!
Still I can be Tan`s groupie now.......or is it "Centre Garden Plant Technician?" I can run onto the interview and give those herbaceous borders a bit of a tune.......

Grab a snare and put it on a strap. Play it while walking back and forth in the background.

Here in VT I Just finished tilling most of the garden and even planted one row of peas. Only two rows of peas left to plant. Marked out the other 16+ rows too (Beets, carrots, parsnip, etc.). Heirloom Tomato and Cauliflower seedlings are also started. The veggie garden is coming along, now we just have to clean the big overgrown flower garden before April vacation...
