Well, really anything. But in particular, I'm looking for the best cut of beef to use for an Italian Beef recipe. The recipe is solid, and features my secret ingredient, but I have varying results depending on the cut of beef I use. Just wondering who else uses what for Italian Beef? I'm thinking a 6-7 pound cut. Thanks!
We use a big whole sirloin, try to find it when it's on sale because it can be expensive.
You might be better to go with a 1/4 cow and request the special cut from that. Expensive up front. But, cheaper in the long run if you eat red meat.
