Well everyone every once in awhile gets a burr in their saddle and has to vent. I am doing some design work for my client, and got things just about wrapped up with a few slight modifications yet to come, but this might tell you what ONE of my favorite POLKA songs are. These are drawings I am currently working on for development purposes. Unfortunately - THE CLIENT cannot seem to make up their minds, but since $50,000 is no object to them, I have to show them the "err" of their ways by creating these maps which show a house model on each proposed lot. Some can go with a 2 stall garage, some with 3. I just felt the need to SHARE in this wonderment tonight because Im just about done and almost ready to ship to our client.

The most intriguing shape, to me, is the third. I'm glad you're being well-compensated for this because it looks like work!

A LOT of work...and they still can't decide?
Either I'm tired or my brain is fried from doing grades, which song is it?
Its a subdivision nettie. Wow you MUST be tired!
Lemme guess....each plot has room for a...basement bar?

Nice work, Boomski! Remember - like all things, this too shall pass....
Like dysentery I'd imagine BG!
Actually most of these houses start at around $250,000...on up the ladder. Our mantra is nothing is impossible - it just costs more.

Hey, I was doing grades last night.
and he said polka song.
I can't think of a polka song related to a subdivision when I'm in teacher mode.
It does not compute in that part of my brain.
Sure ya were! I believe you.
I would think anyone dedicated to the sound of CANADIAN POLKA music would have yumped on that like a bear on a fish.
You sure it idn't old age?
