If you gave him that kind of charge he might not be identifyable
well, now I'm>

because said bird has been found,
under a bush(sigh).
In my defense, it was well hidden, and I did look there, but obviously not well enough.
In the meantime, I purchased that obnoxious flamingo.
So now I have 2 cute wire birds in the back garden, and I'm glad that my neighbors aren't theives.
Thanks for all the suggestions though....

So someone disliked him enough to hide him, but not to steal him: that's just goofy....
Instead of a fake flamingo, you should have gotten a real one: they honk like Canada geese!

No, it had fallen over into one of the big bleeding heart bushes back there, and I just didn't see it.
as for the real flamingo...we aren't far enough south. The poor thing would freeze! Geese though, we have plenty of!

or send me to Florida for the winter, with the flamingo, of course.

I hear that flamingos smell bloody awful! At least that's what Craig Ferguson and Geoff Peterson say....

I didn't notice that when I was out in the national park on Great Inagua, and they've got 80,000 of 'em.

Captain Scott of the Antartics` son, Sir Peter Scott, used to keep a load of Flamingos too, at the Wild Fowl Trust.........Don`t remember them smelling overly, but it was some years ago, and young boys tend not to notice or just laugh about it anyhow.....
Which is why I want plastic flamingos....they can sit on my lawn in Florida...at the winter house.
