Bubba's Bar 'n' Grill

Whisper Vinyards is a new venture of my friends at Borella's Nursery in St. James, Long Island. They are soon releasing their first vintage and it's exciting! They also happen to sell the best flowers and plants in the Smithtown area. "Whisper" was the name of the legendary bull that "Bull Smith" rode in the 1600's. Legend has it that the local tribe of native americans gave him the territory that he could cover from sunrise to sunset on his bull. The township of Smithtown's border today is supposedly the perimeter he covered that day. Borella's owners indicated that they felt the name was appropriate for their winery.

A year later and they still are having problems getting all of the clearance to sell their product. It's amazing how the local and federal jurisdictions drag their feet with business approvals. In my opinion, if this is widespread it's not helping our floundering economy.
