Probably best to see what they can do, and have a listen and decide. The vinyl (I think) would be fine as you can make another master from the single - the rest of it exists as digital which was reconstructed from the original tapes - its not bad - but it aint Protools either.

I will let you know how things progress.

Now if I can arrange for the 5% loss of data to be confined to the drum solo..........

Listen bro, ya gotta go country. Better yet, getto country. Ya be makin a million by Monday. Some slide guitars, some straw, some wicked depressing lyrics about how you keep losing your shorty or something. Some super subsonic sublicious bass tracks, a drum machine (sorry) you'll be needing to be reassigned.

This could work.
As Buddy Rich said when asked are you allergic to anything, he said, "Country Music"...

Although I appreciate the thought mate!!SmileSmile
Nooooooooooo only redneks listen to cow jazz. DONT DO IT!!

You aint the hillbilly type...unless you are talkin Scottish Highlands. I'll give ya that one.
Boomer - I am safe! Only loud guitar riffs and solos ever moved me!

Saw some beautiful images from islands of England today - including Sark - Had a hloiday there years ago - the last feudal island in the UK, no cars on the island a little bit like stepping back 150 years or so - only one pub, -very nice!!
That was close!!!!!

I have been moved before, but thats a private matter between me and Mrs. B, only she was supervising while I was moving. Tongue
Well complete change around at "Le Studio - Worcester", and have set up the old faithful Tama that I have had since 1981, and my Gretsch snare from 1989, with my ddrum pro triggers, and the ddrum4 se, so a blend of the finest physical Tama drums, with Simon Phillips Signature Edition Tama digital drum sounds from the ddrum4. It is a big sound.
Plus the Sabian Paragon cymbals, which seem so large compared to the Roland V cymbals - the Paragon Ride is 22" versus the Roland 15" - and weighs nearly a tonne in weight - I can barely support it while putting it on a stand.
And boy - does it need some whacking to "Sing" like the shaft of the stick or butt end on the bell with great force, but it does respond and when it does it has a beautiful tone to it.
Bubba seems to achieve this with little effort, but it got me into (a satisfied) sweat today.
So ears now ringing, tinnitus as bad as ever, and (sorry readers) horrible red wax oozing from ears.
At the risk of boring people I thought I would post my acoustic drums - 1981 Tama Superstar (without the 6, 8, 10, 12 " Concert Toms) Gretsch Rosewood Snare, (an odd Yammy Birch double headed tom) ddrum triggers, ddrum4se and Sabian Paragon cymbals -

Boom chick chick boom chick chick boom chick chick boom chick chick Spclink clink clanka BOOM chink chink boom chick chick boom rat tat tat ta POW chick chick boom chick chick boom?

Nice trap!
It does - but speeds up and then slows down, and then you can hear a stick falling between the toms bouncing on the bass drum, and getting stuck in the drive shaft of the linked bass pedal......
Those sure are purty, NW Smile My oldest was listing to OLV from VT last night and tells me he wants to learn how to play the drums and continue his guitar lessons this summer. Now to find a drum teacher in the area. I have no idea where to start. Sad
