...sorta like being hit with a magic sledgehammer! You are knocked for a loop but you LOVE it!
EXACTLY!
In all seriousness, I think the CS is THE bottle in the range. (Now admittedly I have never even had anything older than the 12 but I suspect it would tough to beat the combo of value and SIZZLE that the CS has.) The higher OH content really takes the normally great Macallan flavors & essences and makes them just sparkle. Insanely good stuff!
Keep talking - Im DROOLING!!!

I think the stronger flavors give it the right combination and really add to the whole experience, but Ive tried a number of single malts that are not cask that are chock full of flavors. I just like that extra KICK though.
Majestic against a Seattle sunset

Looks like we need to do a "Sunset" series. I've got the Balvenie too, I'll try to do one this weekend.
Fireman's comment......those pictures are a thing of beauty.
DosCervesas...Clearly, Mr Fireman is a man of impeccable taste and sophistication.

Ren...Sounds good. I'm chained to a desk for the next 45 days, but after that I'm yer huckleberry.
