A loved one once said, Be anxious for nothing and only worry about what you can control. Advice that meant nothing at the time, but now it means everything.
Thats funny....I say the same thing to my family, and they look at me like I am the Creature from the Black Lagoon!
and you ARE! Da nook-a-lure black lagoon!

Thank you Nettie DQ, perhaps time?
The chances are 1 in 50 living in the same state, then higher in the same county?
I heard that for years.. don't worry about the things you can't change, only the ones you can... however not the way you put it, NBBC. It's not that easy to escape the long shawdow of depression, believe me.
Thanks for the advice though.

More so a stance on how I personally try to navigate through life. For me, it's a concentrated effort not to brood on loss or get carried along in anxiousness about the future. I have found comfort in taking on what's at my reach at the moment, and nothing more. And for me anything beyond that is wasted time panicing. But! This is a strugle and sometimes I lose. Just gotta keep pushing back.

NBC, I feel as if you're somehow inside my head when you write this.
(Better in my head than in my pants though.)
