Well, hopefully the next time you see them, all of that stuff will be in the past. At least you have your family to have a pleasant meal with.

Dan,no snow yet, we were too far south(for now). However, it was cold enough that I could watch the river outside the back window freeze over in about 24 hours. I've never seen that happen before!
