A simple fish recipe with only 3 ingredients.

Fresh Haddock Fillets
1 or 2 Lemons
Dill Weed

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Place a cooling rack or cookie rack over it and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Place the Haddock on the rack (skin side down).
4. Sprinkle the Haddock with dill weed.
5. Slice the lemon into 1/4 inch slices and place them on top of the Haddock completely covering it.
6. Bake the fish (lemon slices and all) for 30 minutes or until white and flaky.
7. Discard the lemon slices and serve with a fresh slice of lemon and some tartar sauce.
