Nice panorama shot! But those cross winds can be a real MF-er, eh? There's a spot on I-15 between Barstow and Victorville where they can get really bad. I remember being scared to death on that stretch a few times!

Yeah. And it wasn't a particularly good gravel road either: made me glad we were in a car. Scenic though....

Thing is, it blows so hard and so often out on the Saskatchewan prairie, if you won't head out when the wind's blowing, you end up sitting at home all the time.
