I'm happy to say that the worst of it appears to be over. Seems that a plate of homemade pancakes served with applesauce, enough maple syrup to fill the Houston Astrodome and four perfectly crisp pieces of bacon - not too crisp, not too rubbery - pretty much did the trick.
And that thing about "never again"? Well, it was a joke. Really. Honest.
Were you drinking real beer or that watered down stuff that passes for beer?

Food - sustenance - always does the trick!
If you are having problems with that 5% stuff...then suggest try Budweiser. It wont give you much of a warm feeling but its light enough...WHAT AM I SAYING!???
I don't even go near Budweiser any more. Sorry man.

Me as well. There are some decent microbreweries in my local area that make some pretty good stuff.
Sleeman's - now owned by Japanese interests, they are probabley the biggest "micro-brewery" around.
Wellington County - VERY good stuff. If you could bottle the essence of life, it's be in a Wellington County bottle.
Brick Brewery - Personally, I'm not a fan but some swear by this stuff. I just swear AT it.
The Olde Heidelberg House - VERY small place, as far as I know they only sell it at the hotel/pub. OHH used to be my regular haunt but it's now changed hands a few times. Order the wiener schnitzel. Seriously.
