Bar open for those who are up late to watch Bubba do his stuff on Letterman tonight.
Night caps and pj's are expected attire.
Warm milk and cookies will be served immediately after the show, so you can get some sleep and go to work tomorrow.
Am I the only one here so far? I'll have some of those cookies, thanks. Does this mean I have to brush my teeth again before going to bed? Yes, my PJ's have pictures of superheroes on them, don't laugh.
Great drum solo, but I wish they would have left him with a little more time, maybe let him say a few words, perhaps a little interview at the end. Still great to see the performance on television though.

My pj's look very similar to sweats and a t-shirt. So I'm in appropriate attire.
Oooo! Chocolate chip which toffee chips!
Any cookies left? Bah! Crumbs and one gnarly looking chip left. It will have to do. narf
I agree with those who said it was too short and it would have been nice to get a quick few words in with him.
Did anyone see the CBC interview he did with Strombo?
I think that Nettie might have extra cookies in the freezer if you'd like some more!
Who wants breakfast? I'm thinking of some hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, and, because it's healthy and necessary for everyone, fruit.
SCORE! I am hongry this mownin'! Sure could use an order of the BnG and hash browns.
Well I've been looking and I can't find anything about it so I'll just up and ask here as I am sure someone can point me in the right direction.
Bit of a long story this, my neighbour's wife of many years passed away suddenly near the beginning of this year. A terrible thing as it always is, and they were just winding down into retirement together too.
He had a pretty difficult time dealing with all of it and has come a long way already. He's taken up journal writing and some poetry as a way to express some of those feelings he has.
While he has opened up to me once or twice about it, I just don't have the understanding of what he is going through to offer much help. I'm a very lucky person that way if you get what I mean.
So having read Ghost Rider, I passed my copy along to him saying that I thought there were some pretty good insights and ideas within the pages by someone who could relate in a meaningful way to what my neighbour was and is going through.
Just yesterday, my neighbour appeared and told me he finished the book and that it helped. While he know of Rush and the music and that Neil does most of the lyric writing, he didn't know about Neil writing prose and what he had been through. It struck a chord deep within my neighbour and has inspired him to try a few things for himself that were mentioned in the book.
Clearly he got what I hoped he would get from the book and Neil's journey on his own road of healing.
He asked me if there was an address he could write a note of thanks to Neil Peart. I remembered that there was some management contact address in Toronto and dug that up from the Internet and passed it along. That way they can, I hope, forward the note on to Neil and he can read it and reply if he is still doing that.
The address I gave him was the Anthem contact of SRO in Toronto.
Is that the best place to send fan mail to get it forwarded to Neil or is there a better one to use?
Thanks for your thoughts on the matter.
Very nice to hear Jetrow - you dun gud.
Oh, my up late then up early today and I've got lots to do(daughter's grad-party is tomorrow and I think head count was 125). So I'm taking a quick timeout for a cup of tea(it's a might bit chilly here today).I've got my 10 lbs of ground beef browning on the stove in a large pot to make into taco meat and in another pot 10lb of chicken chests poaching with saute'd onion, tomotillos and cumin to shredd up latter. Then there is the fruit to slice, veggies to chop etc, etc. Ok gotta go!

As far as I know, or take a chance sending it to a venue. I doubt though that your friend will hear further, there must be tonnes of letters, gifts, whatever, and impossible to reply to it all, unless they hired a P.A. to handle correspondence, but that would defeat the object I guess......
