Well first week back on contract done. Just back from London, working near the Strand, I stroll past the Savoy and Simpsons on my way in. I like the Buzz of big Cities, and nice to come home to the quiet countryside.......Rock on!

Cheers mate......I do like London.....quite sad, but I know where to stand on which stations to position me ahead of the others on the Tube......My favourite St John`s Wood, a few minutes walk from Abbey Road Studios. On the Jubilee Line, gets you down to Westminster in maybe 10 minutes.......

Somehow, "Just back from Home Depot" doesn't sound nearly as glamorous as "Just back from London," but I'll take whatever small victories come my way.....I have been fortunate enough to understand the satisfaction of getting back to the quiet countryside after the hustle n' bustle of London (20-some-odd-years ago), can only hope that one day I'll share the experience with my kiddos....

It's amazing how much you appreciate coming home when you start working again! It's been a long week and an ice cold beer is just what the doctor ordered.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else here, but today, I think my crew is fine, and planning on enjoying the sunshine that is currently outside. Hopefully, it'll last all day

I'm off to a muffin shop to have coffee with friends. I'll probably be back later for a more substantial, virtual beverage...........and some popcicles if there are any left
