It happens to me quite frequently..

Thats a curious event. Not sure what would cause that. Thats way above my head.....I'll note it and get with someone tomorrow to see if there is anything we can do.

Just remember to write a general what's in the box list. Oh and a tip use your towels and sheets as packing material around your delicate things or between the dishes.

This is move #4, so yeah, the box list, and which room it goes in get written on the top.
