Bubba's Bar 'n' Grill

I see that we had lots of visitors today. Must be hanging out in here, waiting for the storm to pass.

There are fresh cookies and some shiraz on the bar for those who are interested.

Cookies and shiraz....sounds like somebody's got the munchies....!

Hmmm...cookies and wine for breakfast. Well the cookies do have eggs, and wheat(and maybe some chocolate?) in them and the wine is really grape juice that has gone off a bit. So all and all a rounded out basic meal.

I brought in some quiche to go with those cookies and wine!

Sounds like Boomer will need some nice hot tea to follow his Ny-quil chaser.

Make it a LONG ISLAND ICE TEA! Might not be much of a cure but it sure would make me feel better.

Just an aside.... Mr. Matters says that he can tell if I am reading/posting here in the B&G because I always have a smile - and often a grin - on my face. Now that I think about it, I guess I do! It's nice to have a place online where I can come and know that I won't have to defend an opinion or have "words" with other posters. I write for a political blog (also volunteer as an editor) so having someplace like the B&G to get away to is good for my soul.
