Should you and Mr HwG take the children in it will be lots of work and not just from the emotional things. You'll become a full fledged parent,but you won't regret it. ((()))

Thanks all! I got some more information last night, and I talked to the kids CASA worker.
(A CASA is an adult advocate that spends time with the kids and advocates for them while they are in the system.)
She gave me lots of insight to the journey these guys have had, and how things are right now.

So the cast is as follows...Girl 9, Boy 7, Girl 6, Girl 4. Quite the group!

So to all my praying friends, my friends who think good thoughts, and my friends who put it out there to the universe, please hold Hubby and I and the kids in your thoughts tomorrow morning.
The committee meets in the morning and adjourns by noon (Pacific time).
All I want is for them to go the right family, and if it isn't us, well so be it, that's not where the kids are supposed to be.
I'm okay with that. Its all about the kids, they have been through so much, its time for them to have a stable home.

Prayers from upstate NY too! I used to be a foster care & adoption counselor (in Detroit no less!) back in the day so I have seen my share of horror stories & happy endings!! Bless you in your journey to help these kids!!
