Tea will be good. You don't want to go to church angry! Can you mail him his stuff?
I know folks who kept finding stuff like that for years. Its hard to sort that stuff out, but it will pass, and then you can finally move on, but its gonna take awhile.
A nice large mocha today- might get out on the scoot for an hour today need something warm and fuzzy.
I'll take a leaded mocha, please...I'm feeling the seasonal blah's coming on...for as much as I love Christmas and what it means, it can be a pretty depressing time of year...

Nettie, Gunga has a good idea to mail them to him with a note saying that while unpacking you found them. However you could mail him the package in oh say June if it might make you feel beter
Or take a deep breath and be rid of them and as soon as you can.
I probably won't be mailing them to him. The reason I have them is that he does NOT celebrate Christmas except to go to church. He won't want them back. I'll just toss them.
