My choir would be ok with it, but we're paired up with another church for the services. They only joke around when the director gives them a break, otherwise, they are very serious.
I could get away with it on Sunday morning though...during practice.
Oh, and altos are special. We tell the best jokes. It's why they put us in the front, so they can watch us.
