If you are in the Dallas area you have to try the cheddar fries (legendary) and cheeseburger at Snuffer's Bar & Grill on Greenville Ave. My wife and I have been eating there for 29 years and it gets better with age, although visiting too often might tend to clog arteries. I do agree with Shark regarding El Fenix for Tex-Mex food, that's one of our other staples.
