Heart

That Neil-Kitteh looks pretty shifty to me......

Monica & Steve-half the fun of a getaway is the planning! Hope you two have the BEST of times there. Be very careful with too much sun, though Cool
High SPF is necessary as Hawai'i is close to the equator. The sun can be fierce and you need to reapply after going into the water and/or every few hours. But anything over SPF 50 is a waste as 50 is the highest that works. Anything over just costs more, too.

Monica, bring a wide-brimmed hat, too. You'll be thankful for it when you visit the volcano and the Kohala area.
Scythe, I was just kidding on the SPF 15K!...I think anything higher than 50 is made by Sherwin Williams, and considered an exterior primer!Tongue
That's funny N'awl!
Generally, I'm pretty lucky as far as being able to spend time out in the sun. My Great Grandmama was a full blown Cree Indian, so that might have something to do with it. I know it's a little watered down by the time it gets to me through the generations, but it seems to be my saving grace when it comes to the sun. Monica on the other hand, boy oh boy, she usually goes from porcelain white to fire engine red, totally bypassing the tan stage, no matter how strong an HPF she has on (Poor Kid...) Definitely something we will have to watch when we're over there. Should have brought a sombrero back from Mehico I guess...

Don't forget long sleeve linen tops and slacks and a wide brimmed hat work too. Plus they are cool as can be and very light. You gonna learn to so the surfboard thing? Cool

Monica says she wants to take some surfing lessons. Me, I'm gonna take a pass. I'm the kind of guy, that if I can't master something in 10 minutes I get frustrated and move on to something else (one of my design flaws Smile ), but by not taking lessons, that will allow me to take lots of pics and maybe a video of our little fair skinned Canadian surfer chick....
Where do you keep the keys to the SS? Big Grin

Just sayin....I'll be all too happy to come up and keep the car running, and running faster....call it my attempt at being a real "pal".

They're kept in a very safe place. It's funny, you're not the first person to ask this. Maybe I should start a list.
Not that anybody would get too far in it right now anyways. All that's left to do is install the console, get the front seats in, have a windshield installed and adjust up the valve train again after backing everything off a few years ago after breaking in the cam on the dyno...

Should be a hoot, can't wait for spring to roll around. My 3 year restoration that ended up taking 11 or 12 is almost complete (hope I can remember where I put the registration papers) Smile
