Bubba's Bar 'n' Grill

This is a recipe that hubby found in one of those national newspapers....made it a couple days ago, and for a meatless chili it's purty durn good! The beans and chunks of sweet potato give it a great texture, and the we really liked the smokiness of the cumin and chipotle adobo sauce. Toss in some crunchy corn chips and a blob of sour cream and you're good to go!
