Not the, "we sang shang alang as we ran with the band, singing dowap be dooby do ay" band - HeavensAngel All the girls in my year fancied Les.......whoever he was.........

Had to look it up but I think you are referring to Les McKeown if Im not mistaken. Song was "Saturday Night"....and it sure was popular here in the states. I think the song you are thinking of, might be mistaken, but I think its a song called "Remember (Sha La La La)".

But its been awhile since I even heard all that stuff. Like....well, nevermind.

about as many years ago as when I thought Les was cute...

Now Listening to the Neon Trees!
"Song was "Saturday Night"....and it sure was popular here in the states. "....Boomer, Billie's got the vinyl version of that! Scary! (The whole freakin' 33' version!...two sided!...with pictures!...AGGGGGH!)

Also the Thin Lizzy song in which the great Brian Downey does his drum solo......

"Here is an old song it is called, Sha la la la la la laaaaaaaa......1234" and on the four all hell breaks loose!!Big Grin

Yes it was Les McKeown.....and I think someone called "woody" might have been the drummer??
Listening to some old B-Tribe (Brazilian Tribe of Souls) Fiesta Fatale. Nice stuff!
Currently, the new Linkin Park -Living Things. I cannot figure this album out. A bit too much electronic, dubstep "crap", but back to MS rapping and Chester doing his thing that I find to be a fun, energizing listen. I still think 1000 suns is fantastic and still prefer it to this new work. I dont know what it clocks in at, but it seems soooooo short compared to 1000 suns and CA. It may grow on me. I certainly want it too ...
Can't stop listening to the new work by the CPT. So good. Even better than frog piss flavored water! Thanks Bubba.
SIGNALS: 'Be cool...or Be cast out'...
"Saturday Night" by BCR reminds me SO MUCH of "So I Married an Axe Murderer". I love that movie! Smile

Yeah, I'm having the same issue.... I listen every night during my "me time" while I color. Yes, I color! I have those cool Dover coloring books and nice pencils and markers. It's very relaxing and allows me to do something with my hands while I listen to the awesomeness of this new album Wink
