Nerdy computer geeks and hackers........I "caught" the windows recovery virus today, and it has pretty much killed the family computer.........It has taken all day to get an anti virus which is now zapping the problem - dont worry I didn`t follow the windows prompts to pay for the download and lose what little money I have in my account too. But what a complete pain - I would like the individual starpped to my snare drum face up, for a couple of hours drumming........

On that same NOTE!
Bloody hackers got into my Yahoo account and some of you may have gotten a rather interestin' message from me...against MY knowledge or consent. When I went into my account activity, it appears that it was a mobile IP address in Finland. Hopefully not too many folks got it, but that sure is awful irritating to get a message from someone asking if I was selling Viagra for a living? The good thing is it forced me to change my password, to one that I invented with the help of a senior network admin for GoDaddy.com. Things should be buttoned up now, and thankfully its just an account I use just for my astronomy stuff, but doggone those inbred varmints oughtta be dragged by their entrails thru a pool full of pyrannhas!!!

Well, great. Now I know why mom won't talk to me, my sister got upset for sending her spam, and now I got folks in the astronomy club AND here asking questions. If that dont frost my chaps.
Well, I sure am sorry for that folks. I sure hope no one got offended, but at least that explains why my aunt called yelling at me for selling drugs that dont do nothing but give you a sugar rush.

This was an interesting virus - it attacks warning you your seta drive and hard drive is about to fail and click here to stop melt down, the more you ignore it the worse and more often the alerts become, cluster 5 fail, Disc automatically defragmenting.......and then pppffft blank screen, no folders, no icons, (except explorer so you can get onto the link and pay your money over), all programs marked as empty, all documents gone. What it does is hide all your folders, icons etc, conning you into believing the whole lot has gone - but with a new malware remover the bug was zapped, and then another programme to unhide all the hidden folders so you can see them again.
