Today I painted as an act of love. A fresh coat of paint does wonders to warm the home fires.

Even as a kid - I always thought that the title (Atlas Shrugged) painted so many possibilities.
It took me years to finally read it.

It's been a slow read for me, but I'm taking time to digest it. My friend Charlie Ambrosia who was the drummer for the rock band Devias in the 80's and 90's who later went into banking and did quite well for himself said he read it 5 times. If it left that kind of impression I want to read it once at least.
So back to acts of love. I painted half the house this weekend. I must really love her.

I have become a natural at unloading and loading the dishwasher; not sure if that "holds any water" (snickering) with my wife but I hope so.
