Well it's into the meantime I go. Or maybe it's a new beginning altogether, duhknah.

Looks like this. While I'm waiting for my life long career to reopen it's folded arms, a new welcoming job is calling me. So while I wait, I have decided to expand my comfort zone a bit. There is a new drug and alcohol councilor in town. And believe me, this is a change to say the least. I know Your laughingSmile
I am very excited about this and I am up for the challenge. A new breed of butterfly is flickering around inside and I am ready to learn as much as I can. The place is Beautiful, an old Penn state
Governors' mansion I'm told. I was looking around for the electric chair but then I remembered that it's the Governors mansion, not a prison. I'm such a dumbass sometimes.
So life has changed. I'm up for it, but I really just wanna get back to good ol faithful flatfootin fun.

Laugh...what's that? Seize the reality of your fate and that's that and rememeber the garbage man isn't Santa Claus. The real world isn't a utopia and never will be...I sit alone with brush and pen in a society that's closed and suspicious, it's always more about me, than you. Undecided

I do believe I understand the deep meaning of what you have said, and I agree.

Now what though? For me, I choose to keep moving and cling to hope.

RE: Change of season - Lamb Chop - 10-29-2010 09:25 AM

Fate and faith, different sides of the coin ...'Jim Jones and gimme that ole' time religion...I don't think so! Hope is good with action and we control our fate, to a point. It wasn't most of us that got the economy in the pawn shop but it left echo's in many a food pantry. Bullets of misdirected visions of American pie, a gluttons plate of economic integration soaked in blood for coin collectors.Pfttt Was it fate that has me disabled or hard work? I got to keep my expectations in check but I won't sit around and wait for someone to decide my fate. I have a meeting with a lawyer today, hoping he can get me what's just...hope in another's hands deciding on my fate... why does that make me uncomfortable? I guess we can only do so much, then hope?
Going into the big city now not an adventure I care for.

Switching gears a bit, I've had a growing desire to help folks across the sea dig wells for fresh water. How that will happen or works, I have no idea. Just want to do it. Any ideas?

A noble endeavor Charles - noble, I say.

This one actually asks for volunteers:

I know that the band Third Day(christian rock) is involved in sponsoring a project to drill wells in Africa, but I can't get into the website tonight. They upload their concerts the day of, and must be in the process of doing so.
