Well when the power went out at 4:30 this morning and we got up since the storm was thundering/ bumping pretty good we took a look outside only to see that our maple tree took a hit. About 1/3 to 1/2 of the tree lays in the yard so tonight our project when we get home from work will be clean up.

Glad you are okay, 2B. Those storms are headed this way. It is supposed to be almost 100 with wonderful humidity to go along with it.

Yeah RN, we're getting the storms now. The wind is blowing pretty hard, and it's pouring, but I don't see much damage.

The first leaves are turning yellow and the light is getting a bit more golden. The Buzzards are up callling to their young..........I fear Autumn is knocking on the door over here......
