No no - no crusteez and no maple leaf thongs on this kid. The heart just got to going a little harder than I was comfortable with. This wasnt workout stress this was heat stress, but I am home today just trying to take it easy. Have the heebeee jeebees today for some reason.....I think it because my most prized possession - my Harley - is sitting in the cemetary garage unlocked!

Well its Thursday morning just saw that - I'm ok, but now that everyone knows my heart was having issues they want to keep me on a short leash and they keep telling me to calm down. I AM CALM! Oops.....I am reminded of a line recited by Colonel Sherman T Potter in the series MASH when he was having problems with high blood pressure "The next person who is nice to me is gonna die with boots on - MINE!"
But I know they love me otherwise they wouldnt say anything.
