ok, really, it's supposed to be in the 50's all week. I have rain barrels in my backyard. Does anyone know if I have to drain them before it freezes hard?
I've had a feeling that I should, but there are 3 of them, and it's still going to rain a few days this week. That's a lot of water!

I would drain them, nettie. Especially if you think they might crack the barrels when they expand.

The power has been off all day-just came back on a bit ago. Yesterday was nice, although windy. Today.....2 FEET OF SNOW!!!!! And it's still snowing. I took some pics, but haven't uploaded them yet. Shoveled the driveway and front walk, while hubby watched. He says who needs a snow blower when he's got ME

I think we are scheduled mostly rain, but then the bottom falls out on the temps next week. I prepared the bike for storage just in case. Took my "last" ride of the season tonight....I think.

It was snowing when I was driving home this morning from work. The roads were just wet and people were driving like idiots. Welcome to winter in Michigan.
