I'm right here, VU - putting up with the danged weather doing another 180... *sigh*

LOL, I meant where in the worldTongue

It hit almost 60 today here. Very strange indeed. Someone told me that the crocus have begun their ascent.

Blush

I'm in the Pacific Northwest, on the Puget Sound. We've had odd weather, too. I saw a robin last week - I hope the hummingbirds don't arrive too soon!

Ah, so practically Alaska. Is that WA? My west coast geography is horrible!

Wind picked up a lot tonight (I had to retrieve my garbage cans from all over the place) and the temp is beginning to drop. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and close to 50.

Been enjoying the nice mild winter so far this year. I haven't even started up the snowblower yet. But...uh oh. Snow storm heading this way tonight in the Midwest, calling for 6 inches maybe more...

One to three here. I had the blower fired up once. Nothing too serious, though. The hard part is I was out on the Harley yesterday, and in the 4WD today.

Not a flake here. Clouds coming in but it's too warm for snow....

RE: The Weather Thread - N'awlins - 02-24-2012 03:05 PM

Yep, definitely a weird year for weather on this side too Scythe...nothing on the ground to measure, but we're supposed to get an inch or two in the Valley over the weekend, half a foot or so in the mountains. We got spoiled by that little "heat wave" at the end of January, now we're back to cold, windy, and crappy for the extended forecast! *sigh* Just wish it would warm up soon, "Betty's" been couped up in the garage since Thanksgiving, and is looking pretty lonely under the covers!

1 to 3 inches HA!
We got 4 to 7. I'm glad I shoveled last night before I went to bed, and got a few inches off of the sidewalk and the apron of the garage. Now I have to go remedy what the plow did...but later!

RE: The Weather Thread - RN-PRN - 02-24-2012 05:53 PM

They said we would get 4-8 inches...whatever we got melted..HA!!!
