Well just how calm do you wish to be??? There is my experimental batch of Cherry Hootch a brewing with a undisclosed measure on the alcohol content. Or I'm sure there might be something else here in the Bar.

Hey, excellent! That's no easy feat anymore. I passed on my first try back in the early Cretaceous period where the exams were a 5-minute ride around the block. Things, alas, are different now, so for her to get it on attempt #1 is pretty sweet!

I was pretty proud of her! It took me 3 tries before I finally passed for my permit.
As far as a wine tasting here, I think that would be great. I'm not an expert at all. All I know is that white wine is better served with white meat and red wine is best with red meat. I prefer white though, since I had a chicken (or fake chicken) dish last night.

I used to be fond of the whites, but I have been finding more of the reds to my liking
