Another evening reading a psych profile, this time for a couple of little girls.
Another set of nightmares.
In what world...would anyone, ANYONE!...think it would be a good idea to move in with a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER?!?!?!?!?
Anybody got a good answer for that? ANYBODY?
Its flattering to be picked to go to comittee, but then having to step back...I know its for the best, Hubby and I won't be able to meet their needs.
Its about the kids and making the comitment, I know that.
Just a cup of Sleepytime, I'm too wound up to sleep....

Hey Bartender, what was in that last jug of vino?...I've been seeing double since the 7th!
Seriously! In case you regular B&G'ers haven't noticed the limited postings from me the past couple of weeks, I've been busy with MRI's, blood work, and Dr's visits since last Monday! They've ruled out the tumor factor, but are still reviewing the blood work for possible thyroid issues, which is cool. So, wearing the pirate patch to drive and do the PC thing, sure get lots of funny looks, but it beats having BOTH eyes screwed up! Of course, all my "friends" have to call to show their concern with the "Patch Adams, Rooster Cogburn, Long John Silver" anectdotes, but they mean well and keep me laughing! If nothing else, this has given me true and utter respect for those who are handicapped, visually and otherwise, and I will definitely be giving thanks in a different light come Thursday!
Any drink specials for the visually impaired bartender?

Thanks for the support Ladies...Its so hard reading these....horror stories.
The part that galls me is all of the Foster Parents are incouraged/warned to not look down or pass judgements on the birth parents.
You can't understand why someone does something till you walk a mile in their shoes, etc...
I cannot, will not understand the mental state you would have to be in to be THAT DESPERATE for a man in your life!
A registered sex offender...I have no empathy for the situation, I refuse.

Too bad this didn't happen before Oct. 31st. Would have been a no brainer for a halloween costume.. All joking aside though, I really hope they get to the bottom of what is happening here and that you're seeing in stereo again real soon. Would like to send you warm wishes for a speedy recovery..
