Chili rubbed salmon - WVUrush - 03-28-2011 02:25 PM

No, it's not a FoodNetwork crime drama. But it's one of my favorite casual and dinner party recipe.

Granulated brown sugar
Chili powder
Limoncello liquor (or just lemon juice)

Mix into a syrup-like paste. Pour over salmon. Grill or bake skin side down. ENJOY!

This sounds AWESOME! I'll give it a try next time I'm cooking salmon (my favorite fish by the way). Thanks for the tip.

Wow, that does sound good.
But in what quantities would you mix these,,,
The goods I got,,, but would hate to wreck the fish.
