I can honestly say that I am very EXCITED about next April's get-together in WI. I want to thank Boomer, CanyonDancer, 2beers and the rest for making this go further than a fun idea that might happen some future sunny day( a wee bit Pink Floyddy I'm sure
). I feel a bit alive again. I can't wait for this...so little to do in so much time...wait, strike that reverse it.

I know! Been trying to think up some sort of dance for the Weather Gods to make sure it's nice and springlike by the time it all comes to fruition!

Sad that I will miss it But I will be in Atlanta attending the premiere of the Stephen King/John Mellencamp musical. Seriously. And then I'll be working on a film.

You guys aren't the only ones hoping Mother Nature doesn't decide to have some fun with us. Both of us are excited to see everyone and of course show you all around "our" neighborhood. After Boomer is back from his "Man-cation" we can start talking and get things figured out, because before you know it spring 2012 will be here('cause goodness we're already into Oct.). As the saying goes......"When you say Wisconsin you've said it all"....

Chedder curds, Brick curds ....Mmmmmmm I'm telling you that having fresh made curds, as in walking into the cheese factory seeing them making the cheese and knowing who's working behind the counter to get a bag with them still being warm. (They squeek when you eat them)

My cousins used to ask for cheese curds when they were little by asking for squeaky cheese.
Maybe a trip to the Cheese Castle would be in order?
