I was in Charleston SC this past weekend. If you ever go to Charleston please try the Hominy Grill. The shrimp and grits are the best in the state. If you are daring go for the the "Big Nasty." It's a fried chicken breast between a buttermilk biscuit covered with sausage gravy.
