On the lighter side: Fun with Fishies
Atlantic sword with seaweed salad and rabe.

Alaskan halibut with asparagus and garlic cream sauce. Quinoa with lemon and chive.

No real recipes per se, but maybe a few tricks?
-Buy the prepared seaweed salad. Don't ask me how I know.
-I don't have the fancy asparagus blancher thingy, so I just peel the thick skin at the base and blanch in a saute pan.
-Always saute halibut skin down, then finish in the oven(old pie tins work great!).
-Always rinse quinoa thoroughly prior to cooking to avoid a gummy/starchy mess. And use chicken stock instead of water for the cooking liquid.

Nothing earth shattering, just a couple tasty combinations...

To ask why we cook is to ask why the leaves fall...
