Ahhhh... rats! I thought we were speaking of Russia!

Most of us are so caught up in life that we forget to live it.

might have gotten them out of order.... did I miss anyone? Putin is president... he doesn't count. He was a KGB agent, wasn't he? (Polit bureau)

Man,... I hate to give it away.... I tried to post an inline picture but could not link to a URL. Think "outside" of Russia/USSR. Again, the pun is in the name. It's corny, but I still think it's still clever. Tongue
One more hint: this person met with Tricky Dick way back when....

Reading previous posts, "Rey" get's the credit:

"Ahhhhhh, Mao Zedong!....

Chairman "Mao" of the Peoples Republic of China.

From here forward known as "Chairman *MEOW* Tse-Tung"...!!!! Please rate your approval or displeasure - no deep political meanings intended, I thought it a clever pun.

Thanks!
WM (giggle! "Meow Tse-Tung",... heh-heh!)

Well...I got the idea for my "handle" from this book I read.

You've probably never heard of it, so I'll just leave it at that. Smile

Happy to be here, by the way.

I murmured a vow of silence and now, I don't even hear when I think aloud

Geodon13 is a mixture of my name GEOrge and my lovely wife DONna. The 13 was added because she was a big Dan Marino Miami Dolphins fan, so GeoDon13 was born.....

I was a big fan of Watterson's work and my handle is an homage to Calvin and my amateur fascination with all things extraterrestrial!

I LOVE Calvin & Hobbes (or Tommy and Tiger as they are called in Norway for some reason...) So many times I have read it and just nodded my head in recognition

RE: Your online "Handle"
Soddy is the handle I use on related boards. It is a shortened version of Sodoff Baldrick - Baldrick being a character on the Blackadder TV series in the UK. "Sod off" is a not so nice phrase believed to have been his first name. "Sod off, Baldrick."

Somewhere along the line people shortened it to Soddy, and it's stuck.

I am your worst nightmare - an educated woman who writes, reads, and votes.
