In my early days as a computer enthusiast using my Commodore Vic 20 and it's measly 5K of RAM I'd log into the local BBS at 300 baud and identify myself as "Gumby." Why? I dunno.. I'd always say "I'm flexible." And here for some reason I thought it had something to do with Hannibal, MO. I don't know why, its just the first thing that came to mind. I guess maybe the whole Mark Twain thing. A-Team, eh? Anybody remember that Mr T guy from that show? He had a peculiar way of doing gardening. One day he got nervous and got a chainsaw and chopped down all the trees in his yard. He was crazy like that. So now I subscribe to the Mr T gardening philosophy, if in doubt, "Chop it down! Chop it down!" Well-weathered leather, hot metal and oil, the scented country air.. |

My point exactly...but knowing his humorous style, I dont think it would surprise me at all. Primary Principle - "It must NEVER be my fault" |

RE: Your online "Handle"
I got the name "Gungawoman" from a friend of my younger sister back in High school--waaaayyyy back! Everyone thought I was tough and strong. The name stuck decades later. Those who know me know that I'm really a softy and Gungawoman is really my alter ego.
If I'd known you were French, I'd have worn galoshes... |

Aside from being a fan of certain musical groups, I am a fan of the Whedonverse. I chose a name that was a bad pun in a Season 7 episode of Buffy.
