Hi everyone!
My "handle" is my real nickname. My parents wanted me to be named Anita but they don't allow "diminutives" of any name where I was born...so even though they named me Ana on paper, they call me "Ani" as an even more diminutive form of Anita (I guess they are just a tad bit rebellious?). I prefer to be called Anita or Ani (the latter is reserved for close friends/family...and now you guys).  Thanks for having me. I look forward to trying your recipes and I hope you try out the ones I will be posting soon. |

Well, I didn't want to ride on my husband's shirttail....so I used a nickname that my brother stuck on my when I was 18 months old...that is when he returned home from Germany, where he was stationed in the
Army....way...way...way back when. My brother has passed on now, so I thought I would use the nickname in his honor. I am looking forward to trying recipes, soon. I'm sure Boomer is looking forward to tasting them...hehehehehe Oh, by the way....this is Mrs Boomer.... |

My name is Deb (well, Deborah if I'm in trouble!) and I was on the water ski team in college, so debski became my nickname (better than debfallsdown!). Debskis then became my first email handle (debski was taken) and has been ever since. I kinda feel like it's time for a change, but, I just can't think of anything more original!
