RE: Favourite Films
Mine are probably, First Blood, (probably the first rental video I saw at home so some nostalgia to it), Escape from New York, (cheesy but good - when I first saw it I had never heard or Kurt Russell, and thought he was ripping off Clint Eastwoods style), Where Eagles Dare, The Colditz Story, (the black and white version with Sir John Mills), The Terminator, Predator, Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Mutiny on the Bounty, The One That Got Away, (Chris Ryan`s side of events from the Bravo 2 Zero patrol), Battle of Britain, hmmm I could keep going so I had better stop here I think.

RE: Favourite Films
Film: Yee Haa! Anything by Kubrick, Hitchcock, Kurosawa. A big Italian meal and the first two Godfather films makes for a fantastic afternoon / evening of film and food. A big steak and a pot of coffee fits well with "Citizen Kane". (Note: A BIG steak)

RE: Favourite Films
"Brazil" is a great film, as I alluded to earlier. And "The Cook, The Thieif, The Wife, and Her Lover" is a flick that will make you spill your popcorn, best with lemon pepper. Being John Malcovich is a trip, too. So many movies, so few Snowcaps.

RE: Favourite Films
TRINITY IS STILL MY NAME< MY NAME IS TRINITY
Your manager's office is so much better than the one at the Orbit Room. Drinking from the bowl is so Tiki. Bar none, I would like to continue thanking you for the work in progress that has become the soundtrack of my 9 lives. Here in New Orleans we are preparing for Halloween, and Rush Limbo has been playing all month in the Lab. Sweet and Sour Mash good! My query to you is related to, of all people, the comic Steve Martin, and his contest for a video about his banjo song Wally on the Run. I was wondering if it would be on the copyright fringe to use a few seconds of Run Willy Run from Alex's first vid to make a vid of my own. You see, here in New Orleans, we have Mardi Gras, kind of like moving to bohemia, where the literature's serene. Sure we have parades like Endymion and Bacchus (should have named it Dionysus, but in vini veritas i guess). Before bacchus reigns, there is a Dog Parade named Barkus. I wanted to invite Bubba and Brutus and Steve's Wally to all participate in the Barkus parade in 2011. Perhaps Pratt has an aversion to nola carnival, because one year, during his drum solo here, a pair of mardi gras beads made it's way to his cymbal stand. The look he gave to the crowd made me Freeze. I swear it wasn't me, but i felt the shadow cross my heart when that happened. But I guess it's all good. I've seen them 14 times live or so by now,and last time, they even changed the date of their show to 4/20 at the hornet's nest. So funny that scenario, because the previous year i had seen them at cynthia woods pavillion. Katrina survivors thank them again for the $100k donation. That was sweet! Listen for me showing my hands of echoed old applause, for every day is truly a timecapsulewindtunnel. So in conclusion, come visit us in New Orleans soon, oh, and does your diner have a chicken rotisserie? Oh and evil roy slade, lmao, how timely for halloween. He would make a good ghoulish sitcom. But they still call me Trinity! I'm friggin' clanging!!!! Good night, sweet Prince. |

RE: Favourite Films
My favorite film of all time is Lawrence of Arabia (any David Lean movie is good though), for a comedy I would have to say Blazing Saddles...
