Great album!

But my Alan Parsons favorite (and a Top 10 in my book) is Tales of Mystery and Imagination, their first album.

I had Eric Johnson on the Ol pocket Victrola today. Good stuff!
Bought the album after it was featured in one of those very early laser shows
premiered at the Boston Planetarium in the late 70s. A fan since.

Learned/reinforced something the other day...fortunately with no ill effects (this time):

DO NOT LISTEN TO RED BARCHETTA WHILST DRIVING/RIDING A VEEHICKLE CAPABLE OF HIGH SPEEDS!

Unless you'd like felony speeding on your record and said veehickle impounded. I tell ya, that song just gets into my little noggin and the right wrist just keeps on a-twistin'...

Boomie, that's a great song too!

RN, they're coming here to SLC, but they are playing on a school night, so I can't get to it...which sucks! I dig the Foo's and yes, you are right...Dave is an animal! Smile

My brother and I took our Dad to see PinK Floyd (with 60,000 other people).20 rows from the stage. During "One of These Days" my dad leans over and tells me "I think I am getting a contact buzz". Awesome time with Pops.

I knew a hooker once named Minnie Mazola...
