I concur Space Cadet. Some of her stuff just crawls up my back and envelops me like "Mint" (ask Boomer... he'll explain).
Opening a monstrous can o' worms here, but music - in it's most elemental reason for being... should move you.
"You" being everyone. The beauty of it all is that there is something out there for us all to be moved by.
Enya has always been a favorite when I am truly pi**ed off with everything and everyone. Her voice reminds me of Dawns (my bride)... except Enya has never called me a hard headed jackass.

Why drag me into this? I'm still all aquiver over "Mint"....snort snort!

Enya - memories of favorite places and better times. I hope that when I see the angels in my final hours that they sing just like her. Some of our trips to the Oregon Coast included her music on the car stereo.

Another angelic voice I enjoy is Allison Krauss. She just plain makes my heart go pitter patter!
