The way to go is to watch for the sales, later in the season and get one cheaper.
You may not need it for the rest of the season you get it, and you will miss having one this season,
but it'll be there next year. Alternative is to watch Craigslist or the equivalent for people selling them. Downside there is
buyer beware, don'e know what's been done with/ to it and what may or may not be wrong with it.
