RE: The Weather Thread
We're getting some lovely rain today. When I got up this morning, it was 60 degrees! I'm glad it cooled down a bit. It's great sleeping weather, warm during the day, cool at night.

Sultry, stagnant 'n' sticky mid-to-upper 90s in our fair city for the next few days - BLECH. Seems like it's been this way...forevah!! Nettie, send me some rain!
Glad to be heading out Sat for a weeklong vacation on the shores of Lake Erie - should be a balmy upper 80s! Blah blah blah....yada yada yada! |

RE: The Weather Thread
One of those guys is the son (or son-in-law) of a lady that works down the aisle from me.
She talks about him all the time... ALL THE TIME! You signed the contract - you must do my bidding

RE: The Weather Thread
Nice! SO VERY NICE! Warm and sunny!
![]() While I'm at let me ask a question. In the winter they call it *dampness* and it chills you to the bone. In the summer they call it *humidity* and it makes you feel warmer. They are both humidity right? I LIKE humidity.

RE: The Weather Thread
Torrential rainstorms this morning. I had to wear my "blues" today for "Blues Monday" (to remind us we are still in the AF, I s'pose). Anyway, I quickly realized I didn't have a jacket to wear with them that was waterproof/resistant, and no unbrella, that I knew of. I frantically searched the house until I found a poor, pathetic little black one to take with me....broken arm and all. So sad. Good thing is that it cleared up and became a lovely, yet cool day later on.
Sigh...the trials and tribulations of having to dress up... Love and respect... Turn up the music and smile! "Adventures..." |
