RE: What are you listening to?
Weird Al is a genius.
I also liked the old Carrot Top from about 1990. Did he do steroids or something? I was listening to the 70's on 7 during my banishment last week and heard a great one i haven't heard in some time. "Love Hurts" by Nazareth (I believe another Canadian ensemble) |

The rumble/scrap of the snowplow as it passes the house, only to re-plug up the end of our driveway. I know, I know I live in WISC and in Feb.

RE: What are you listening to?
Took the wife to go see Geoff Tate , lead vocalist for Queensryche, a couple of weeks ago in San
Luis Obispo, California. He did an acoustic set with 3 guitar players and a keyboard player. He was phenomenal. He played about 3/4 of his solo album, released in 2004, and various Queensryche tunes. Simply put, Mrs. Mal_one is now a devoted Geoff Tate fan. She plays his solo album almost daily now. Listen up gentlemen ! Chicks dig the Geoff Tate solo record ! Now she might possbly be open to a Queensryche show someday. Here's to wishing upon a star. ![]() |

RE: What are you listening to?
Spirit of Radio suddenly appears on my work radio, and I instictively hammer the intro out on my desk and floor.
This is met with a snearing barrage from the twenty-something year old behind me: "OMG - you are psychotic about them!" "Psychotic?" I respond - not missing a beat. "Ok - Yer point?" Girls... Most of us are so caught up in life that we forget to live it. |
