RE: You KNOW that Bubba's on here...
I've known about the award thing since Friday, and had thought about going to the presser this morning (I used to work for the radio station that first played them here), but figured I'd just be an idiot if I went.

RE: You KNOW that Bubba's on here...
I live in Calgary, and we first played them at what is now CJSW, the University of Calgary radio station, back, ah, well y'all know the math.
As an alumna, I could have wangled my way in, but WTF was I supposed to do then? Not sure if they all showed up, and even if they did, do I take in a bottle of Macallan, scurry up to Bubba, and say something I think is really profound but which is totally gibberish? C'mon! (So OK, yeah, I thought about it, but....) :-) |

RE: You KNOW that Bubba's on here...
Probably better off sending it to Anthem or giving to the crew when they arrive before a concert
![]() What song of RUSH did ol' Rush L use? When did this happen? What award did Bubba get? I'm so out of touch with the latest!!!! "Wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then." "Try to catch the deluge in a paper cup." "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." |

RE: You KNOW that Bubba's on here...
Rush Limbaugh is still alive? LOL He's been dead to me for years. He is the epitome of what I hate in our jumbled up political world. Thank you, Bubba. I would not want anything I created associated with him. I can't believe Chrissie Hynde let him use The Pretenders song for so long. Flush Rush (Limbaugh). Not trying to start a political debate but I will participate if invited!
