Hmmm...I have a family recipe for rabbit meatloaf. If anyone has an interest I'll post it.

My lunch today consists of leftovers from a Billie creation last night: "Chicken Meatloaf"! Yeah, that's what I thought too when she said it, but it was REALLY good! She just substituted the regular fat-filled ground beef with ground chicken breast (1 pound chub), and added all the usual meatloaf ingredients, some smashed taters, green beans and brown gravy...TASTY! ![]() "Rollin' numbers, rock-n-rollin', got my Kiss records out!" |

I cleaned out my veggie drawer today and found asparagus, broccoli, green pepper, mushroom, tomato and onion....So what do you think I did with them?

RE: Lunch anyone?
I reckon pizza topping, except for the broccoli.........or maybe that scene from 9 1/2 weeks, when they are in the kitchen and the girl is blindfold, but you would need milk and chilli for that too?
