Turkey Burgers
Turkey Burgers, I always try turkey burgers and came up with a recipe that works and is simply awsome.
Ground Turkey, Minced Garlic, Chopped Cilantro, Fresh Lime Juice, Chopped Craisins, Choped Green onion, Salt and Pepper, combine and form burgers, grill, fry, bake, (whatever you desire) I prefer grilled on a toasted pretzel bun with chipotle mayo, let me know what you think, the firemen on my shift request these burgers all the time.

To be a firefighter, one can be a lot of things…except a coward.

My recipe is much simpler.
Premade turkey burgers, a little garlic powder, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, and fry them up. A little ketchup on the bun, or some guacomole. mmm.

The Groundhog lied.

Thanks for the tip, I will look for the premade turkey burgers and give them a try.

my father used to be a fireman. i remember as a kid going to the station and i swear among all the other firefighters they made some good food. your turkey burger recipe is similar to one we used to make at home. well my dad. never tried toasted pretzel bun before though

If you try the toasted pretzel rolls you will not hate them I promise, I will post my favorite firehouse recipes, at least the ones that I get request for, thanks for your comments.

RE: Turkey Burgers
The bottom line is a plain turkey burger is not very tasty - I've found that mixing ground turkey and low fat ground beef 50/50 results in a fairly good burger without having to add a lot to the meat (sometimes salt or a little olive oil).
